She is £300 better off for being a nasty cow

My boyfriend split up with his ex 4 years ago and hasn’t seen his children for 3 and a half years he can’t get legal aid anymore cuz apparently he earns to much which he doesn’t in my opinion!

And now he is having to pay 300 pound a month this includes arrears that he couldn’t pay while he was looking for his job, but can’t see his kids because she wants to use her children as a weapon against him, how is this fair????

She is now £300 pound better off a month for being a nasty evil cow!

Makes my blood boil I understand that its easier as I have a claim with my ex but he called them himself i didn’t and I have never stopped him seeing his daughter and I never will but I don’t know how its fair to pay for children that you aren’t allowed to see and can’t get legal help to fight for them in court so his only option really is to wait until they are old enough to find him
