Shall we organise a protest to 10 Downing Street?
My fight with csa started 10 years ago my daughters father just decides to stop support i,ve rung csa once a month since spoken to loads of case workers.
My local MP has tried to help -ICE said they cant find him so nothing can be done.I have a letter from csa admitting maladministration which i sent to omnbudsman they said there is nothing they can do either.I,m owed nearly £9000 arrears The government have caused alot of heartache to seperated working parents who love thier children and only want the best for them.I am at the moment writing a detailed letter to a newspaper of the CSA forthcomings. We the tax payer pay CSA wages and they have failed us miserably.
Also i have thought it would be a good idea to organise a protest to no 10 we are very proud people and will not be swept under the carpet any longer anyone interested in joining me?

Try getting on with your life and stop waiting for tne next handout and yes I did n now working to pay some other sponger claiming benifits while all kids concerned loose out
CSA have completely failed people. I am in Scotland so not in a position to travel to London unfortunately to protest.
Good luck with your fight to the newspaper but I believe there is a media gag that reporters are not allowed to report anything bad about the Agency. Basically nothing left to report then!!
I’ve been on both sides of the Agency as a pWC for 11 years and never got a penny maintenance to the other side of being with a NRP who is being crucified. It is a total nightmare for me and my kids. CSA have basically told me that I also have to financially support my partner and they will take what they want!! Don’t think so! Although the CSA do not take my income into account for maintenance they will take into account household income for arrears. Why is that fair? In all honesty I was better off a single parent and the rate this AGency is going they are going to split my family.
I’ve had to emigrate, just to get away from these unrealistic arse***es. I will always support my children, but when they strip you of your hope and future, something is fundamentally wrong. All I became was a cash machine for a greedy PWC….remember the old marriage quote “shut up, put up and cough up”…. not any more!. The CSA are not fit for purpose, and let both sides down, whilst pushing everybody into poverty to meet their own stupid benchmarks. SHUT the USELESS organisation (and I use this word organisation very lightly) DOWN. I reserve the “C” word solely for them..and them alone. They have single handily ruined my relationship with my children, and my respect for the government..I shall never vote for the twat Cameron ever, ever again.
The CSA don’t care about anyone. They don’t seem to care about the NRP (which i am one) and they don’t seem to care about RP. They only care about getting money from easy targets and they don’t care how they get it. They would rather people be homeless and broke than the care of the child. I pay my maintenance and have paid from the beginning never missing a payment. My ex on the other hand never paid me a penny when the children lived with me and has never been chased for the payments.
My ex uses the children to text/call/e-mail me about the divorce and financial matters as my ex knows I will not talk to unless it is done via my solicitor. The CSA do not take any of this into consideration and it makes me laugh as my ex has money coming out of its ears. It seems to be the same old same old the rich get richer the poor get poorer.
If you get enough support I would be happy to come to London to protest about this medieval, outdated agency. Why should we sit down and put up with it any longer it’s time to fight back
Csa are a joke, they don’t go after the deadbeats like it was set up for and harass the good dads who are decent and honest and want to support their kids! I’m both pwc and nrpp and being on both sides of the fence is crap! It needs scrapping and dealt with in the courts, like it used to. If nrps weren’t threatened or treated as all the same, there would be so much more co-operation.
