Caffcass are a bunch of muppets! Split from my wife in 2009, since then ive had 2 court orders broken by my ex, nothing done to her for breaking them, gave a statement to court from a pub that caught her doing coke caffcass were not interested at all! Ive got no further since the beggining in 2009!!! What a crap public service!!! Unhappy is a understatement! This countrys got the wrong idea!

Political parties shove anyone in the House of Lords these days. Perhaps they would to select a representative for non resident parents, in order to debate the ‘taboo’ subjects of Family Law and Child maintenance.
I don’t think it will happen, as it may affect their business interests in the same companies that are demonising and criminalising non resident parents!
