Paid CSA so ex could have a holiday
i have 2 kids, i barly see them and i have pay CSA as private aggrement since day 1, i stoped “shaggin” my ex so what does she do? gets teh csa on ym back…but i didnt want to just have a f buddy anymore so screw it, either way the muni got backdated and i had to pay her again! did csa care about my reciepts or the fact they sent there warning letters to the wrong addy? erm no!
i ended up paying about £3000 to her! and only 500 is in my daughters account!! the rest went on her and her new bfs holiday, but now you see they got caught out for benifit fraud…to top that of her new bf lost his job, and we have a private agreement again…this time through the csa mind, yes i pay abit so wot i still treat my kids, it piss’s me of that she gets teh muni and not my kid, but screw it im glad she got screwd over for being so bludy greedy…and as for the other one….dont get me started!
the csa is a rip of and a totaly WASTE OF TIME that cannot do the job right, ye dads should pay for the kids but only under certain conditions, 1 of them being that wen she got preg, if he didnt want it and she does, then he shouldnt have to pay, the other is that if the dad wants the kid then he should pay, but not as much as they want! more so what he can afford without crippling him and it should be payed into a saving account made for his son/daughter and only accesable to the child when the child grows up, not the muni grabbing scumbag mum.

I had a baby from a one night stand – The mother has since married.
Her new husband works, so she is getting her own money, money off me, AND money off her husband
man these women must be minted – while us men struggle. Baffling.
I know i should have to contribute something for the baby, but not for the CSA to put me in a position where have to take rice to work for dinner everyday because i cant afford nothing else

Firstly may I say to Vito, If you don’t want the responsability of being a father, there is one easy answer……..PUT SOMETHING ON THE END OF IT & don’t take for granted, that if the woman says she is on the pill, she is!!!!!! You can guarantee if she falls pregers YOU will pay!!!!!
In response to Davids quote “Man these women must be minted- while us men struggle”…. Please remember that NOT ALL women with children are fortunate enough to re-marry and some of us DO struggle to bring up children alone (especially when absent fathers decide to opt out of their parental responsabilities!!!) … However, no system, “The CSA” or any replacement should be aloud to RUIN the lives of ordinary people, most of which struggle to pay every day bills (mortgage, rent, council tax, gas, electricity, etc)…This applies to both PWC’s and NRP’s…….. IMO, child maintainance should be paid at the same level as child benefit……….This way the NRP would have to pay £20 for the first child and whatever the going rate was for any other children..
