Only my ex knows why I can’t see my kids more regularly
I am supporting my children, two boys 6mths old & 5yr old with a payment of £753 per month initiated by CSA. I have just given an extra £400 for school fees and My ex refuses to allow my children to see me if I do not give more money, do I have to give any more than what the CSA has informed me?
My young baby is missing out on knowing me and I miss his growing up & changing daily, my 5 yr old does not understand why he cannot see me on a regular basis.

No you don’t, but she will stop contact and put you through family court hell
Terry:- If you pay schools fees regularly and have proof ask the CSA for a variation on that basis.

It’ll never stop cause the Government are allowing pwc’s to do it!
When will the good fathers get a fair deal ?
It’s time the mothers were stopped from using the children to get back and be spiteful to their ex.
Mothers should have no right to prevent father and children spending quality time together.
As a female, I am disgusted by these actions.
