North West meeting for the deadbeatdads association
Hi guys I’m organising a meeting for NRPs and NRPPs in the North West to attend so that we can now start to get the ball rolling over bringing the CSA to its knees. I am the founder of the Deadbeatdadsassociation and want to now give the opportunity for all you NRP/NRPPS to get together to discuss your case and how the CSA have treated you unfairly and the steps we are going to take in order to bring about a change
I am starting off in the Chorley area which is a pretty central location for most of the North west people unless any one has a beeter location. It will be next Friday 30th May 2008, all parties interested please email me with your details and rough location and I will sort out a mutual meeting place or you can call me on 07523936072 [email protected] Hope to hear from you soon

Hi
I have just been reading your website with interest as I find myself in a similar predicament to yourself with regards having a DEO on my wages and ‘imaginary arrears’. This despite them sending me 2 forms of written confirmation of payment which they then claim were issued in error!!!!
Unfortunately I am unable to attend your meeting on 29th May as I live in Derbyshire but would be very interested to learn how this went and the outcome as I am in the process of putting my case forward to my local MP to see if he is able to assist me.
Looking forward to your response.
Geoff
No worries Geof I will be trying to go around the country doing meetings for NRPs and NRPPs to air their views and hopefully get a good crowd together to do a particular protest and bring the CSA to its knees and make the Government sit up and listen. I think now is as good as time as ever to put pressure on this present government given the panickstricken mode it is in then perhaps it will make drastic changes in the way Child Support is calculated and taken from the NRP. Email me your case geoff because I am updating my site today 28th May and putting some more recordings on there

Hello Mobey
Just a quick update for you, i have just got of the phone with csa, having had long conversation with an employee they told me that they had spoken to my x and she had confermend that there were no arrears as i had paid her cash and they added this to my case notes, four days later they spoke to her again and she told them that she had not recieved any such payments ? so when i asked them to explain why she could change her mind and now say there was outstanding amount they said that i need to contact data protection dept and ask for a copy of my case notes.
this i am doing this evening and will when i recieve them want some more answers, so going of the information they recieved if she was to now tell them that she had not recieved any payments at all would they also change there minds and tell me that i had not contributed any money for the last ten years.
i will of course keep you and all the readers of your fine web site updated
Geoff
thanks for that Geoff well once you get your DPA prints from them it should be in the phone call log what your ex has stated and if it’s there she has changed her mind twice then something needs to be done about her.
Many thanks for the guys who turned up last night it was a good night and had some positive feedback. Will be organising other meetings for manchester and Derby later on next month.
Once again thanks for everyone who turned up

Iv resently been screwed by the csa like so many of you, apparently i owe them £17000 since 2002! i know thats less than a lot of you but i dont learn much and have a 18 month old little girl. Like Geoff my x told the csa that I hadnt paid a penny, but when we were together she was claiming SPB and most of the nappies etc came from me. When we split she promised access but wouldnt open the door when I went to pick up the kids, then had the cheek to go to her solicitor threatening an injuction against me TWICE. so I havent see my kids for most of their lives. Now I feel like putting up a fight and seeing them but dont know where they live or what to do, can anyone help please?
Also as Iv read from others that the csa are a law un to themselves, but what does european law say? they like to protect peoples rights even travelers get protected by them. so is there anyone would like to look into it?
We discussed this option at the meeting last night and it is a viable option although it would cost a phenominal amount of money!!! ( i feel a campaign coming on!!! )
We need to check out wether anyhting that was decided would actually be viable and work under English law because we aren;t sure if Britain has an opt out clause, but we are certainly going to check this out. If anyone knows anyone who is a barrister or QC who would be willing to speak to us and give us any info it would be appreciated!!!
