No money from my ex despite CSA being involved
My ex has been non compliant on 3 different occasions. He didnt answer phone or respond to CSA correspondence. He stopped making payments and i had to phone CSA and they are STILL chasing him and his alleged employer. He changed his status to self employed then he was declared banrupt and his circumstances have allegedly changed but I am STILL waiting for the money.
What i am getting is an insult to our son. He has now had a child with the female he lives with and she has 4 to her ex husband. I am continually hitting my head of a brick wall and chasing CSA continually. Nothing is getting done fast and he continues to lead the lifestyle he does – run 2 nice cars – holiday to France – yeah very good!!!
Why can an investigation not be done on his lifestyle and i believe that this can be done. I also believe that although he made himself bankrupt in July it takes him several months to decide that he is not going to make the pittance of a payment. CSA are not getting the finger out to chase him and his past history of compliance does not give him any credit. I am at my wits end

I know exactly what you mean, I have been getting fobbed off by the csa for nearly 4years now! I still have not received 1 single payment. I get told totally different things each time I call. My daughter is 7 and her useless father has never paid a penny toward her upbringing he made the choice to not be in her life so he thinks he should not have to pay! He has nice car, money to buy his drugs and alcohol go out every weekend. I think its absolutely pathetic the csa cannot make these dads pay up! what happened to coming down on these immature irresponsible fathers, how hard is it to track them down and enforce a payment plan. A real dad is someone who contributes toward their child’s upbringing. This makes me so angry. If i were you i would make an official complaint go to your local mp, do everything you can to expose the csa for what they really are which is USELESS i found that makes them pull their finger out!
Yes it can, appeal to a tribunal – please join the facebook groups child support agency failings and others that have support and advice.

Just to open your eyes woman….yes there are some deadbeat no good fathers out there who do their best to avoid paying and thus,the csa use fathers like me to make up the shortfall.This along with the vast majority of women that just use the kids as cash cows makes this shit system called the csa so unfair and biased towards the PWC 9 times out of 10 that’s the mother.
The dads get most of the raw deals with these vermin.I did nothing but love and support my wife and kids,she decided she didn’t want me around anymore after 8 yrs and only 9 months married.she walks out of my life for some idiot she only ever dated on the Internet..lol…and the council put her in a private rent all paid for by us mugs called the tax payers,she got all the benefits under the sun.she moves from this house and goes to Germany to live with her new bloke and conveniently forgets to tell the council and still claims the rent for the house for 7 months, so she’s a fraudster as well.I only ever saw my daughter when it suited her. I also brought up her other daughter from the age of 18 months and with zero help from her dad whom I still let into my house and fed him and let him drink my wine,even at Xmas I would welcome him.my wife never ever made any attempt to file a claim with the csa for money from him.her life in Germany was not a happy one and so she returns to uk with out him.she plays around like a school kid and was known as the village bike,her mum looked after the kids whilst she slept off the previous night.Her mum was also paying her debt off with the council so they wouldn’t arrest her daughter for fraud.
Then the german shows up and she up sticks and leaves with him,leaving her kids behind,abandoned them for 5 months.her parents vowing she would not get the kids back and what an unfit mother she is.I in the mean time get a steady life back with my daughter.forgot to mention I was paying regular payments every month to the German kindergarten for my daughter to which my ex made the claim,so bare this in mind.she shows up out of the blue and her mother does a complete u turn and after all they vowed would not happen….happened,they handed my daughter back without even telling me,I was due to have her that that wk end. After several months back in Germany she still not happy,even asking me if she could move back…lol…yer right…only because she wanted to use me as a roof over her head until she got comfy in uk once again.She moves back with him and sets up a lovely home in Wiltshire all paid for as usual by the good old tax payer.I am not told where my daughter is living and not even a phone number.i seen her 1 day in 2011 yes 1 day
And to add insult ,she files a claim with the csa. And so in a nutshell, this bitch has made it her mission to screw me for money for a daughter she took from me whilst never perusing her other ex for a penny.she uses my daughter as a cash cow.I can do nothing about it. So I am forced via a DEO to pay her £320 every month for 1 child to subsidise hers and his lifestyle.All I see my daughter as now is a financial chain round my ancle for the next 10 yrs. yes I am bitter,yes I hate the csa because of the unfair unjust system that just financially rapes good hard working honest fathers like me and brands us as criminals.they do not care about my mortgage payments,my bills,my debts,my car I have to run to get me to work or anything for that matter….how the fuck can they not take any outgoings into consideration when making assessments…it’s not based on ones ability to pay what they can genuinely afford.so I could not even if I wanted to ,afford to see my daughter on a regular basis anymore whilst I’m screwed over by the ex and her sidekick called the csa.
So Kerry we are not all like the deadbeat fathers out there.not saying you said we were ,just wanted to open your eyes perhaps ? Maybe it will take a NRP to be driven to suicide as I have read from stories many times on here….maybe then this government will stand up and take note of such a useless uncaring,unfair system this is .
im a heavy goods driver and have been forced onto jobseekers 3 months ago!!i was paying 40% of my wages to my ex,and i was having my little lad on a saturday and sunday,she was denying it to the csa that i had the little lad,and has blackened my name to people on the street and on facebook on a daily basis!!40% is a lot to pay every week,its just over 120 a week to pay,leaving me in poverty and in dept!!!id love to go to work right now but its not worth it.whats this country coming to?!
