No CSA money in 13 years

I separated from my partner when my daughter was 11 months old. She is 14 now and I have never had a penny, despite repeatedly contacting the CSA.

They say someone else is supporting him, so his assessment is nothing, but I know that he lives with a partner who works and they claim tax credits. I have told them this but they say tax credits are nothing to do with them.

I have had 13 years with no money and am so sick of it.

Did your case commence prior to 03/03/03?

If so, you can cancel the case and re open it 13 weeks later to be on present rules.

Working Tax Credit should be counted as part of net income if the parent without main day to day care’s earnings are higher than their partner’s earnings.
    – and ALL Child Tax Credits are deemed the income of the NRP.
