No access to my children but CSA still wants money?
I am 44 and have 3 children to a deranged and violent woman in Scotland. She has been very cunning and ruthless and realised that the kids were a meal ticket and by lying to the police they were at her disposal to make me do what she wanted. I now have no contact with my children who are 9,10,11 although I was awarded cutody of them when she attempted suicide in 2005.
The kids have been through the courts and womans aid and court reporter and have been completely brainwashed.
I am being pursued by the csa for money for them althugh I cannot see them and do resent this. I will be working for a uk based offshore company but I also have a Spanish residency.
I am English and do at the moment live in Scotland with my new Partner and we love each other and our 2 beautiful children of 2 and 4.
Can you please give me some advice.

Easy, get out of the country, do NOT become a UK tax payer, and become a self employed contractor under a umbrella company, then you can limit the damage these to**ers can inflict upon you.
Robert do not let these people ruin your relationship with your new wife and children because thats all they are about.
I losed the most wonderful man because of the constant, chasing, hounding, they took OUR HOME and as if that was not enough they wanted more. The pressure became too much I had no choice but to leave the relationship. He lost everything because his ex wife said to us some years back ‘that she would fix us’ and that she would destroy what we had and yes with the help of these horrible people she got what she wanted.
Believe me they will hound you until they get what they want.
Sorry you cant have a relationship with your kids and like my ex partner their Mother also destroyed that too.
From my experience they will do whatever it takes to destroy what you have, they did not care that I had money in my ex partners property I was told that I would have to fight THEM in court to get my money back.
So I also ended up paying for children that did not beling to me and believe me your new partner will go through the same as me.
I went through hell in SA with about the same thing. Legal operators like lawyers misuse and the legal system empowers unstable woman and feel a f”k for children. I lost millions and has even been accused of childkidnapping, arrested several times and jailed. The mother is a social worker in SA. The 2 children i cannot lawfully see, and i am afraid of the next step to be accused of child molesting if i do see them.
When i ended the relationship, open blackmailing and manipulation in court with access to the children was scary to see what lawyers even the mother would do for more money. I have seen the children 2008 last.
Financialy i left them well off, how she mismanaged that was also an eye opener.
I am looking for ways to get the legal system out of the equation. This has been ongoing since 2005.
