Never received a penny in maintenance in 16 years

Almost 16 years ago my ex wife left and I had two small boys to take care of, glad she left even better getting my 2 boys aged 5/6 years old. Saying this my problems started here, to cut a long story short the csa and the total and utter incompetents that run the organisation caused me lots of problems.

I have never received any money in maintenance although I was paid 50 pounds for incompetence or as they call it maladministration.

Anyway moving on I moved out of the house with my two boys got out own place, I had to work to pay the mortgage so my boys used to get themselves up and go to school, by this time they were 6/7 years old my job allowed me to finish early so I could collect them from school, I then employed nannies after my ex-wife then kept calling the police to come to my house because I was working and the boys were going to school on their own, if I had been getting maintenance then I could’ve afforded child care, saying that I did get aupairs to take care of them and live in this was great but expensive, and still no csa payments. Anyway when the boys were about 9/10 she got them to got live with her, she didn’t want the boys but did’nt want to pay for them. By this time I was working as an automatic door engineer and the csa took 450 per month off me, eventhough she had got away without paying anything due to the incompetents that were running my case.

After a few short months she got fed up of the boys and sent them back to me as they were nothing, not good for two young boys, but I took them back as I never wanted them to go and stay with her. Again the vicious circle started csa not doing their job and I am now left being owed 8000 pounds which the csa acknowledge, I have been through every department of the csa, spents 100’s of pounds on phones and letters, plus emails. I contacted my then MP Yvette Cooper, I sent many emails and not one response, she was too busy claiming her record expenses at that time so no time to help her so called contstuents, we are just a nuisance to her. And in my opinion she is a totally shit MP.

I have been to court fought many battles with the authorities about my two boys and have always been shafted and that includes being arrested by West Yorkshire police for trying to give my boys a secure home life.

If I went through everything that has happened I would have to write a book so much shit as come my way all for being a good caring father. The boys mother was so jealous of us making a real go of things she just tried to make my life a misery but it didn’t work and problems just kept coming and I kept winning all except for getting the csa to collect my money. My sons are now 20/21 years old and I still haven’t got my 8000 pounds yet.

About 3 months ago I had a face to face meeting with a csa manager and as of yet I haven’t anything about getting the money, maybe suing them is the only way forward but that is very expensive. All I want is the money that is owed to me, but when you deal with arseholes like the people who run and work at the csa what can you do? I will not give up because I am never going to let them win however long it takes, I really could do with some help or advice on how to beat them.
