Never ending source of money for the CSA
I have been in the csa net for a total of 22yrs.I have been through lots of changes and the csa have forced my family and me through lots of hardship.
The csa LOST me in a major computor crash this resulted in a substantial amount of arrears building up.Sometime later they managed to sort them selves out and sent me a demand for the arrears. During all this time i carried on paying my exwife through my bank, this did not seem to matter to the csa nor would they listen to reason or proof of what i had said. I took the matter to a solicitor who informed me i had a very good case and the csa was very wrong to come after me in such a heavey handed way, This, alas did not do any good what so ever, the only thing that came from these actions was a large solicitor’s bill and even more frustration because the csa would not answer my solicitor and when they did told her a pack of lies.
I persued this through my local MP who sent the csa a request to sort this matter out asap,they promised they would carry out a full investigation and would send him and me the results, true to there word they did carry out a FULL investigation and after a period of time sent us the results,They stated that i owed over 3000 Thousand in arrears and that was IT.
They sent me the break down of the arrears and how much should be payed and when,to make sure they got there pound of flesh they issued an attachment of earnings order on me without telling me,Fine i have battled the csa for years and never won so i gave in and waited for the nightmare to end which they assured me would be march 2011,so we though there was light at the end of the tunnel.
Alas that is not the case they have just come back to me again and informed me that they got it wrong and i owe another 3000 pound and my payments are going up to 103pound aweek. I have all the documentation to prove what i have done and what the csa have said but all this paper work and phone conversations mount up to diddly sqwat they are untouchable and can change the rules as and when they think fit!
We have run out of idea,s is ther anybody out there that can give us a fighting chance of defeating this rancide smelling giant and gain a small amount of justice.

They were not created until 1993 …..
When the CSA first contacted me I owed them £5000 in arrears due the them being "too busy" to even assess my ex's claim. 6 years without even telling me they were involved in my life!They then 1 1/2 years later decide to add on another £3800 for no reason and withing 3 months I have baliffs coming to my house.The CSA only employ morons, they let the scum who dont give a shit about their kids get away but those of us who (once the contacted me) actually arranged payment and were co-operative they torture and harrass….. THIS ISNT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!
No Its NOT fair. Its far from fair that the CSA actively promote poverty and child abuse through their treatment of NRP's. As jim above pointed out the CSA HARRASS decent hard working folk who WANT to be involved in their kids lives yet they leave the filthy scum who want nothing to do with their own kids alone. How is that right????It seems to me that they come after us decent folk cos were easy targets.
thats because PAYE are easy targets… the CSA are not intent on doing the hard work and most of those who are assessed are usually assessed with fictitiuos arrears!!!

Why are the CSA not held accountable for their actions???If ANY 1 of us behaved in the way do we'd all be thrown in prison!
We've ALL been though this, and it's not just the fathers. The mothers and more importantly OUR children are suffering to because they don't receive any of OUR money. It IS time to take action against them and do to them and their children what they have done to us and our children. Hurt THEM where they have hurt us. Their children. Now where's that list of CSA employee's names and addresses.
Yes lets get the CSA employees names photos and address's lets name and shame them, also vindictive women should be named and shamed too for example my 2nd ex wife Tammy Carlson – made a false rape allegation against me – Bitch!!!
