Need advice about CSA payments please
What I’m writing about is this. Is there a way for the CSA or any other body to audit or make an enquiry as to how the csa payments being collected from me are being spent by my child’s mother.
Just as quickly as the CSA starts demanding payments from the NRP, I do feel though as there must be a responsibility somewhere for the government to get the payment-receiving parent to justify what she spends the NRP’s hard earned earnings on. If we have the right to demand answers on how our tax money is being spent on from our elected representatives, then what would be the challenge with asking what our earnings are being spent on.
I would appreciate any advice, thoughts, comments, suggestions on this. Bravo to this website for its excellent work.

Don’t be silly, all money that the CSA robs from you goes to the PWC and gets spent on holidays, hair, nails & mortgages, there is no check & balance involved. I have this very situation, where the bous scream poveryt, but the mother is raking it in…it’s got to got somewhere..go figure…. 🙁

None of know where our second tax payments are going to! I have absolutely no proof whatsoever, that the money that I am paying, goes towards the upkeep of my children!
We are ALL being scammed by this out of control quango, staffed by morons, who couldn’t run a p— up in a brewery!
