My wife struggles to keep our family afloat after CSA robs me blind

In 2000 I split with my ex as the relationship had run its course, just before that, my ex claimed she was pregnant, thinking this was a ploy to keep me ( as I was with her when a doctor told her she could never get pregnant), I left, leaving everything behind..car, possesions, money.

9 months later she tells me I’m a father… and demanded I return to see him, I could not afford and asked for more time, she refused and stated now or nothing, as I could not afford to travel the length of the country, she stated I would never see baby and she was looking forward to hurting me as much as possible….. In steps the CSA, NO proof of fact that I am the biological father…NOT on birth cert…I was told by her that ‘partner’ was the father in her eyes… I contested this with the CSA and ended up hitting a brick wall…. as it turns out now, I pay £1000 a month due to CSA failing to assess me correctly, but refusing to correct, My poor wife has to struggle to keep us afloat as my wages are ‘hammered’ every month too ‘satisfy’ me ex’s lifestyle, and still has the CSA knocking on my door every year stating I had contacted her and told her I had – had a pay rise….

I just cant win, though my Tribunal is next year to reduce payments and get back some of the ‘overpayments’, I think In my case, the CSA are being used as a very effecient weapon, it leaves me reeling as she still refuses me any contact with child…. he’s 9, and ex demands I leave them alone…. why cant she leave me alone???….

  1. The CSA have no right to deny you a DNA test if you request one and are not named on the birth certificate.

    If they refuse, write to your MP.

  3. Demand a dna test but do NOT use the csa own testing company as they cannot be trusted, use one of your choice !

If and when you get your DNA test (remember that you have to pay for this DNA test, but if proved you are not the father the money will be refunded to you) and its is proved that you are not the father then i would sue both the CSA and the ex -wife.. in my eyes what is good for the goose is definately good for the gander.

Seek DNA evidence …..the reason she cant leave you alone?.. in one word..MONEY!!! ….It is the corruptive desire to use a powerful weapon…aka; the CSA… which is provided by the state to unreasonable PWC to satisfy their habits of retail therapy while motivated by greed!It is time….. selfish arrogant greedy PWC's should consider what is in the best interests of the child… far too long PWC's have used CSA in revenge for ex taking off his trousers in compliance to her sexual needs, result….. a child that can be used as a weapon of mass destruction to NRP's financial and emotional wellbeing.Oooops! here I go again with my ranting!!!!!!!! Curbed!!!!

  7. Allan, It's true though. Happened to me and i hope the bitch dies a slow and horrible death for what she has done. They always say what goes around comes around and i f**king hope she gets hers big style. Angry ??? You damn skippy.

Mark……, my ex down south and the other in yorkshire never respond to my asking how my children are, luckily those cases were closed as I wasnt going to inform them of my job situations but my empoyment situation has been altered for life with my disability. I hope to be self employed at some point but awaiting financial situations to allow me to take such steps…Luckily, the PWC of my eldest child is being more reasonable now I have had shared care since 2008….CSA have arrears calculated inaccurately….. I am presenting my evidence and my concerns by letter..there are so many PWC's who are intent on destroying the life of the NRP while they remain happily affording all they desire through use of the corrupt CSA and watching the NRP lose the will to live..Both the CSA and greedy selfish arrogant PWC's are guilty of destruction of the NRPs emotional and financial welfare… also the very same PWC's are just as likely to claim anyone they have had a relationship with being a father without DNA evidence… this is evident on the jeremy kyle show on numerous occasions..Ooooops…looks like I'm ranting again, I better be careful before I recieve more rants from our dear PWC's who object to my comments relating to arrogant greedy selfish PWC's…lol… it seems to embed into their psyche as if I was directing a verbal assault on themselves… well thats the impression I get from their argumentative approaches… although I have stated such approaches as flirtings……Also I may expect the administration to comment about my rantings.. again.. although I'm positive it relates to the current post…..lolEeeeeee!!! its like being back at school being told off by the head teacher for being boisterous again…lolWe all know what its like to be on the recieving end of CSA and the initial instigators "the PWC" that cause the forever crippling assault on NRP's financial and emotional welfare…… end of current rant…loljust waiting for the PWC verbal assault now!! and administrations input regards my rant…..lol!!!!!

It's possible lol unless they'v chosen to block us…lolprobably busy ranting to work colleagues about my rants.. at least Annika had the decency to inform us all that she was bowing out after the feeble attempts to discredit my NRP duties with comment of alleged email from an ex. had the emails been from an ex surely she'd have answers to my questions…lolI think possibly they scuttled their ships to avoid the barrage I was ready to fire!!!!….shame!!! Oooops! I might be accused of ranting again…….

  15. some times allan i do believe people are deluded especially greedy pwc the truth hurts thats why they carnt handle it they either block or just throw even more negative insults into the equasion much wants more

  16. Hmmm! yes….this certainly appears, based upon the general evidence….to be the absolute truth!!Await the evident PWC rants about my rants!! Oooops… I do believe they have already been presented but maybe there is more yet to come!!!!!

  18. Ahhhhh so nice you 2 weirdos miss me! Luckily for you both, and as Allan knows, I am to my eyeballs caring for my 12 day old baby girl. She is FAR more satisfying then reading the tosh that gets ranted at by some on here!
