My payments were supposed to finish but they’ve increased – what can I do?
I supposedly finished paying my last payment last month (July) which I pay through DOE, but when I received my payslip for this month (Aug) they have continued to take out the payment, but not only that they have taken out more than they should of.
I contacted them and they told me they would cancel the DOE and refund my payment in six weeks time and they told me they were sending me a letter confirming it was finished which I have not yet received, this was over a week ago now.

Ring or email them daily and make some noise!!
Email a formal complaint, they are commitning fraud by continuing to take, Dont let the bastards breathe keep on at them naem and shame everyone whom you speak to, They are all pathological liars, thiefs, pure scum they are,
It took me 13 weeks to have an overpayment refunded. Was told at one point that it would not be refunded and i would have to put it down to experiance. At that point i called the police to report it stolen called csa back to inform them i had an incident number! It was 1 week after i recived the debt into the bank.
don’t bother ringing them…take the bastards by the horns and write a letter of complaint and post it recorded delivery and also send a copy to your local mp. email the same letter to the bastards and email your local mp that to.
