they wouldnt just take his word for it they would have checked with hmrc . if he is stil working then hes not paying tax which means there is nothing they can do

Maybe he has a FaceBook page that says he works. Print it off and send it in as a complaint to the CSA. They themselves are useless and won’t/aren’t allowed to use the iternet. Amazing what you will find about a person on Google. Use it to your advantage.
