My partner’s ex won’t let him see his kids – why does he have to pay more?
I’m wanting a bit of information as my partner doesn’t want to call. He’s not seen his children in 6 weeks but wants to see them, his children’s mother will not allow him to see them for some unknown reason.
He’s had a letter from the CSA saying that he has to pay another £20 because they don’t sleep over anymore but this through her not allowing contact not because he doesn’t want his children.
Could please help us as to know what action to take, thank you

By law the mother has to let the father see his kids unless they have an order against them
The law don’t make me laugh ! Unless the father wishes to throw monies he does not have at the courts, the mother will find every way possible to stop contact, even ignoring the courts .
My ex done same in court then 2 fingers up at me back in court blah blah blah zzzzzzz my kids grown up now daughter 20 son 17 I aint seen them for months as they been poisend from me. I used to take them on hols but now adults they dont answer phone txts etc but wen they were kids wife done everything to stop them seeing me courts r a joke. My ex wife tried to run me down in front of my son wen he was about 11 and he wud not go home and was scared of his mum she took me to court and I nearly got sentanced to 28 days for kidnapp but ex said no cos she wud loose a months csa and I got let off. So courts all for the mums.
I think it’s a joke that mothers have to go through CSA to get fathers to pay for their kids. My ex has just gone back to his ex-wife and has now decided he wants nothing more to do with my son and that includes having to pay for him. I am trying in vain to get some money for my son has every parent has the responsibility to pay for their kids no matter what.
yes this kinda shit happens all the time,these bastard scum bag mothers that use this tactic to get max cm and with full blessing of the bastard csa.all wrong so wrong.
