My partner is constantly paying but is given no chance to see his kids
Hello I’m a mother of 4 children all of whom see there dad as i believe that it takes two to make a child and two to raise there child, unless the child has been abused by a parent what right does the other one have to play GOD and deny there child the right to see there parent?
I have been in a relationship now for a year with my new partner whom has 3 children with his X wife , whom denys him the right to see his children but is gladly willing to recieve his money and also phones the CSA every year to say he’s had a bonus and wants her claim reviewed. He has tried taking her to court to see them but runs out of money as he has to pay legal fees whilst she gets legal aid! She has told him on numourous occasions that he was mearly a sperm donar and that they are her children. Any help and support on this would be greatly appreciated as we realy dont know what else to do on the matter as he is seriously considering trying to cut all ties as he believes the money is for her selfish greed and not for the support of the children.

Hiya and welcome Shell, May I start by saying that you have my respect for your opinions on children and parental contact. The advice I will give you is mot probably not what you or your partner would really wish the hear, but for the sake of your health and sanity, forget about the Children fighting a losing battle to have contact will only cause your more and more stress and grief, and will lead to depression and mental illness, the SCUM at the CSA will further prolong the agony by raping your partner’s income and making up fictitious arrears. IF this is your first dealings with the CSA (SCUM) I can only liken them to a Paedophile, disgusting, filthy and repulsive to have any dealings with, they will make your skin crawl to even speak with them, and you will feel physically sick talking with them, it takes a special sort of person to work for the CSA, and I am afraid they have attracted the dregs of society to their ranks, a special sort of SCUM, the level of you will not find anywhere else in Government, they say the lowest always find their level at the bottom. So I am afraid my advice will be the best advice you will ever hear, no matter how unwelcome.
Peter, you are right in many ways…sometimes it is best to accept you will never see children again, and you will be financially raped until the PWC is cashing in the child benefit, whether legally or frauduently.
