Hi Nin2013 – the maintenance will only include your income if your ex is on CS1 (initiated before the change in 2003).
If it’s CS2 or CS3, as Lucy says, it won’t be inlcuded.
It all depends on which system U R on. New system its no……. Old system its both peoples……. So after 2002 U will be on New system 15% for 1 child. 20% for 2 children. 25% for 3 or more kids of NRP money.
