My man can’t get a job because of the CSA
The pwc is not saying she will follow us and she knows my man is working pint is he is not. But she has phoned the CSA and told them he is so now she is saying he owes her back pay as he was not paying the right amount. I have been keeping him from sept 2012 he has no money off hiss own cant get a job because of CSA.
Also hiss daughter is 18 we had a letter to say he has to pay for another year yet daughter is working bringing home 300 pounds a week well that’s what her mother said. What can I do I need some help. Thanks

Csa don’t care
A lot of what you’re saying is that the ex partner claims he owes back pay or has to keep paying etc. Why not have your man call csa himself and find out exactly what is owed first.
If he is not working/has no taxable income then he does not have to pay and won’t have to pay any arrears until he is working. If he has stopped working but not told the csa then they will assume he is still capable of paying.
It’s difficult to advise you what to do because it doesn’t sound like you have a lot of information.
What’s wot they do as I was same supported my fella for a year as out of work n could get dole as lived with me n sed a had enough money each month to support us???his ex phone csa n they sed as we ar a couple I ad to pay the amount owed!!!!x
