If hes claiming child benefit for the said child he’s the one who they will call PWC. You should see a solicitor if you have the child 50% of the time. Its unfortunate for you but I think he maybe entitled to some of your benefits if you don’t. Its a very small percentage thou and you probably won’t have to give more than £5-£10 per week. Which I’m sure you won’t begrudge your child.

I am an nrpp and peeved at oh ex as he had pa and paid weekly then she went csa claimed he never paid so he got arrears and paid twice, csa made.him pay less than what she had via pa so shr stopped contact! That is a money grabbing bitch, if however the nrp will not pay and it is a last resort then I understand the use of csa even if they are incompitent wank stains
