My harassed husband just wants a DNA test
My husband is being harassed by the CSA over 2 children. He has repeatedly asked for a DNA test to prove hes the father which has consistently been denied him.
The mother of the eldest child told him that she doesn’t want anything from him or for him to have any contact from the child. {last seen at 6mths old now 12yrs old}. The other childs mother informed him that she was unable to have children and called it a “miracle child”. This woman at the time was seeing other men and called my husband {we were not married or met each other at the time} one of her fuck buddys.
Can you help please as CSA are making our lives a misery.

The CSA will only pursue a NRP if there is a claim made by the PWC.
If the NRP disputes paternity, takes a DNA test and is proved not to be the father then fees are returned and there is no further obligation.
If the CSA ignore his claims not to be the father then he needs to go to the courts to dispute paternal responsibity.
He is entitled to DNS tests if he doubts paternity but if he is the father he may be charged for them
Surely he knows? Was he sleeping with 9 months before they were born? Do they have his characteristics? Or, is he just trying to not be their father? If he really believes that they are not his, then get a DNA test done and proove it. End of. But if they are his then he needs to start accepting it and taking responsibility.
