My ex won’t pay child support
i have been seperated from my chils father for a year and a half, since september last year he was failed to pay me any money toward supporting out son he only had him 2wice a week some times not even that.
my son will be 4 in jan and im stuggling to get a job as i am his full time carer and his dad works 40plus hours a week and keeps every penny to him self.
I have tryed many of times to sort the money out with him but he will not pay up his excuse is he doesnt believe he should be paying as he wad him twice a week, please bare in mind the two night that he did have him was from 6pm onward id already given him his tea and he goes to bed at 8 …hes hardly spending money on him in the two hours?
Im getting in touch with you now because ive just had enough, ive had my son for two weeks straight now and still not recieved any support from his father.

That’s not necessary.
Not sure why women that raise their kid/s often with someone else than the father, plead poverty if you know he makes all that money that means he is also paying a lot in taxes which in return pay for all the benefits that you are claiming… csa hates families.
Before you say he won’t pay, find out what his disposable income is. Do you get housing benefit to pay rent? You can rest assured he won’t.

Have you asked if he would like to have custody and take care of his child and you pay him child support and help support him as a carer?
