My ex wife done the same now the CSA won’t give my money bk
csa never give money back . if u want it back u have to go though court
If that is the case report it to the benefits agency fraud department also if you were giving her money surely you have records from the bank etc to prove this??? If not there’s nothing you can do as you can’t prove a thing. As for the neighbour moving in how do you know there in a relationship and that she’s not just doing him a good turn and putting him up for a while till he gets sorted out???
Like Amanda said, report for fraud. They do pay back if proven to be over paid cos we got refunded for over payments. Ring the report in as online reporting got us no where. Get your MP involved too.
My ex tried to say I made a fraudulent claim. We were trying to sort out our marraige and didn’t live together however we agreed to keep things in place. He then called the csa a year later to tell them I made a fraudulent claim. They decided that we both received the money so there was no ocer payment. RESULT! ! thats what happens when exs get bitter and twisted xx
