My ex wife gets away with blatant fraud
I can’t cancel my CSA payments even though my son has been living with me since December 2013.
On 23rd February 2014 I rang the CSA to inform them that as my son has been living with me since 28th December 2013 I wished to cancel my direct debit payments with immediate effect.
Having contacted my ex wife, the CSA rang back to inform me that my ex insists that my son is still living with her therefore my payments must continue.
So my ex wife gets away with blatant fraud and is rewarded with £152 pocket money provided on a monthly basis by yours truly. As the case file is in her name only she can authorise any amendments.

Who gets the child benefit? That’s what the csa go by….make a phone call to the child benefit and get it converted to you and then make a claim on her. You might need to go to court to get a residence order for your son. If nothing gets done see your mp.
Spent over 20 years fighting the CSA gave up house for children who then moved in with me, I was paying a debt to the CSA which they built up whilst I paid a court order, otherwise kids wouldn’t have received a Penny.
CSA continued to take money from my wages and overcharged me by £2500 .
They admitted this and laughed at me when they said that I wouldn’t get my money back.
Told my MP George Freeman and he said he couldn’t do anything about the theft.
Something has clearly changed , The CSA now know that the MP’s will do nothing and of course for evil to triumph etc etc
What I did until payments were corrected I cancelled my direct debit from my bank account and CSA had to contact me to resole matter when they do this, build up a record of proof your son is living with you ie claim child benefit I even tell them to come out and prove your son is living with you. If you can not cancel open new bank account and transfer wages into that so CSA cant take money off of you. however what I would do is keep the money you are meant to give, so if the worst happens and you do end up getting this back dated you have the money saved and not in debt to her if things go your way its saving for you. hope this helps.
