My ex told the police I was harrassing her, I expect she’ll still call the CSA
Hi,
My ex girlfriend said that i can not see my baby and there have been rumours that the baby isnt even mine. i have tryed to sort it out and she phoned the police and told them i was harassing her.
She has put my job on the line so many times and has made my life a living hell. she told me i cant see the baby but i have a feeling in a few years she will contact the csa and i will have to pay here thousands. can she do this to me?

you need to get in touch with family court, sort out a contact order and organise for a DNA test asap…..
This may very well be the best piece of advice you will ever be given, ignore the first comment, forget about the child totally, and avoid the ex like the plague. If she does come after you using the CSA SCUM, the case will only start when they send their first letter, then, you can deny parentage and request a DNA test to establish if your are the biological father of the child. But to keep your sanity, forget about the child
id say start with the dns test because if the child isn’t yours then no need to go to court etc
