My ex refuses to help with his kids

I have been separated from my husband since November 2012 from January of 2013 he has ceased all financial contributions to our three boys but did continue to pay his half to the mortgage.

This has now also stopped from June 2013. He refuses to allow me to take on a mortgage I have been offered which is affordable.

My eldest son is in university with his grants awarded on our joint income but he hasn’t contributed since December 2012. The three boys are aged 20/18 and 8. They are all in full time education.

He is not paying towards the home their education or general needs food clothes etc. he also will not cooperate with divorce proceedings and this has been dragging on since September 2012.

I really am in a position now where I have no choice other than to contact yourselves.

your ex is an arshole and its people like him that give nrp’s a bad name. try keep the csa out of the loop because they will make things worse, if the mortgage is in joint names ? you can force the sale ,he has no say in the matter, and he will have to pay the court cost for being the obstructive party.
