My ex only told me I had a five-year-old son when she got divorced
My ex-girl friend didn’t tell me I had a son until he was five and it was only because she had gotten a divorce from her ex and he didn’t want to pay child support for a child that wasn’t his when he had signed the birth certificate.
I do not live in the same state and am having a hard time paying because I have a 4 month old, 5 year old and 2 year old to support as well. Now my ex is filling Neglect of a dependent for nonsupport whitch is a C Felony. What can I do in this situation?

Reclaiming your child should be your first and foremost priority…..
What a terrible situation you find yourself in and it could all have been avoided if the PWC was honest and decent!!!
Your first priority is to look after the family you are with just now!!! Your ex is quite clearly not INTERESTED in you being a father to the child or she would have been HONEST and up front with you to begin with!!! based on her actions so far, I would not trust her one little bit!!
I would suggest you seek legal advice in your state and have the lawyer look at what’s legal in the other state…. I know very little about CSA in your country but if it’s anything like ours then you are in for a life long battle – even though you AND YOUR CURRENT family are the INNOCENT party!!!
