My ex never gets amount I pay to CSA
When I spilt with my partner few years ago. My work take out CSA to My ex £89 every month but shocked that she never had that full amount only like £30 odd some nothing over fours years.
CSA wrote the letter to say that I owe them £270 something. I refuse pay that because CSA never pay to my ex what point I owe them. Now i am on benefit surprise Ex got every week £5pounds. What different work and benefit!!
They already take out of my wage £89 . I have phoned CSA many time still same also Ex did same no different .. where is justice ? I would love get the money back not belong to CSA rip off.

If your ex was on benefits at the time, the monies missing from her payments would of been paid back to the secretary of state, to recoup some of the taxpayers money she would of been recieving as a single parent. If she wasnt on any benefits you need to ask the CSA for a full account break down for those years.
Why can’t you get your ex to close the case with csa and come up with your own arrangement, least then you can cut out the dreaded middle man and your ex receiving all her maintenance money.
