My ex left us in 1994, I still don’t get regular payments
The ex left me and my 2 year old in 1994!, here we are in 2013 and still no regular payments! told time and again by csa that there was a deduction of earnings, still nothing regular, years have gone by i am still fobbed off he has been able to get away, most recent bailiff were meant to go round and get the arrears sorted-that was october 2012 and still yes, nothing!!! Told years back short of him dying going to prison or emigrating he HAS to pay, why he is not then?

Its the womans decision to get pregnant then.to trap the guy who obviously DIDT want.the child, if did he wouldt be being chased by the csa, some women dont care that the man.doesnt want the child and is going to grow up fatherless, she only has herself to blame, its called pride, dont have kids you cant afford and dont expect the guy to.pay if he doesnt want to be a dad, the women posting is asking for money for a 21 yr old, speaks volumes to me,
Either way you put it whether its the man or woman who doesn’t want children it then falls on that persons shoulder (man or woman) to make sure it doesn’t happen… i.e. you don’t want a child but your willing to have unprotected sex it your own damn fault when you become a mother or father. 98% of women don’t have any idea when they’re ovulating so how can a woman trap a man if she doesn’t know when she is fertile??? secondly if a guy/girl is STUPID enough to leave the responsibility for his/her own health and future in the other persons hands then once again YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT!!!! do the right thing if you father a child, stop being selfish and think about what that child needs and not what you have to give up! Complain to the CSA using your MP and ask why no action has been forthcoming, mention maladministration by the CSA and they start doing a bit.
Well said Peter brown, leech is such a subtle word to use, I used to see my daughter every day, have her weekends, then she it moved away with her new husband and phoned up saying that my daughter did not want to see me anymore WTF, bear in mind I paid every month by standing order, then out of the blue she rings me ( my husbands left me) yes me being the mug travel 250 miles to help out, I asked her if she wanted money her reply no, guess what 2 weeks later a phone call from my ex mother can you pay, me the mug yes ( bear in mind not seen my daughter for 2 years) I get married to my now wonderful wife and yes my ex reports me to the csa, I have always paid even sent in bank statements to prove, just shows and proves that there are some evil nasty 2 faced bitches out for one thing money money money, so in response to the initial question, well done chap keep one step ahead cause once the csa get you there lies deceit will fuck you over for years to come
@ Stuart has anybody taken into account the fact that maybe this guy was actually trapped and he didt want to be a father, no mention of access or him spending time with his child/ren, only mention here after 21 years is money, yet again the woman having the upper hand over a guy who obviously doesnt want to be found, if he wanted to be a dad then payments would have been made,
Lisa no I did not take that into account but was no reason to, I am aware as a long suffering NRP that many PWC also recieve a shit service and are banging their heads against a wall. CSA will quote government legislation all day long but do not like following law. I am not in agreement with anyone avoiding taking financial responsibility for their offspring planned or unplanned, But I do fully understand why anyone would use all means to avoid the CSA who do not allow you a life if you do use them.
The government are to blame here and only they can change it but for some reason they allow this loss making agency to continue.

I wont bore you with metails too much but for the record..my ex walked out on me for no other reason than she wanted fresh meat…she TOOK my young daughter with her…I did NOT wear a condom because WE both wanted the child but she decided she didnt want her supporting husband anymore but sure as hell expects him to hand over his cash every month to subsidise her and her partners incomes.

Gonk, I have to say as a mum, that I would never expect a man to pay for a child if I had trapped him or if he didt want to be dad, at the end of the day the woman carries that baby its her body and she has the upper hand, when things like this happen its time for the woman to stand up and take responsibility for her actions
