My ex is using the kids as pawns
I started a new job and was in my training period, I had nt informed the CSa as I may not of passed the final exam…
The Ex informed the CSa anyway!!!
Anyway it was arranged that I would have them over night 4 times a month which is ridiculous as I have them more any way but recently The Ex wants me to pay for more things and have the kids a lot more and I mean a lot more!!!
I am very happy with this….but…
As the CSa think I have them 4 times a month the maintenance is “x” amount and if I have them loads more 🙂 then as this is a change if circumstances the CSa need to be notified this…
The Ex’s monthly bill will decrease!
I made her aware of this and guess what people?????????!
Again my ex is withholding the children again and using them as pawns until I have them more with out telling the CSa!!!

tell her u have them and info CSA ur self , they well not listen but if u have prove of these it may help . then if she stop u seeing them take her to court ( on top keeping all email ect between you ) as youcan then show your kids when they older what happen
Thank you for your comment, I have learnt to keep all correspondence regarding this situation as I know deep down a “contact order” is gunna be on the cards at some point.
I really don’t wanna be that guy n maybe my ex is just having a crazy time at present but me randomly turning up at 3pm to walk them home will never be enough!!!’
I’m not defending fathers who don’t attempt to see there kids but one day goes when you don’t see them then all of a sudden four/five has (again I don’t agree with absent fathers/mothers)
