2. An all too common story, using the child as a weapon against you. To be honest you are stuffed, your mistake has been in paying her in CASH, you have no proof whatsoever that you have paid her, and the CSA SCUM will take her word for it that you have not paid her anything.

   I would use the calculator because you may be surprised that you dont pay that much anyway, but depends on your net earnings

   But that aint much use when you have been paying cash and everything else.

   No point making deals with this manipulative bitch…she has shown her true colours…Im just peeved for you that you have no proof and that the CSA will back date all of this on her word.

   A harsh lesson many will learn…if you must do a private agreement, set up a STANDING ORDER with the word(s) CHILD MAINTENANCE as the reference.

9. what the two about have stated is correct. The claim will only be from the date she rings up and reports you. you must go and visit the csa website and see if what you are paying is relative to what you earn. you must pay her every penny now by DD or cheque so you have evidence. Even though she has stopped you seeing your son you still pay as this will count against you. The more you see your son the less they will give her if you have over night stays etc. If you are self employed it can take years, I am still fighting for my claim and it is now 18 months and it has been awarded in court too…the CSA are total crap!!!if you are employed then you are an easy target for them. You should take responsibility to maintain your children, it is not their fault that they were born of the two of you and shouldnt suffer and in the end your son will ask the question to her…why arnt I allowed to see my daddy mommy! She will get no back pay from the date beyond her first date of her claim.x

10. However if your case is not CSA at the moment, they can only start the claim from when they contact you. so make sure from that point you put the money away for it.

Get it easy., this 50 a week is for the lazy bitch as she won’t get off her arse and her new partner likes is beer so I,m paying for them to go out every weekend where as me n my new partner are lucky to go out once every 2 or 3 months !!! To me the csa scum and the government are running the biggest organised crime in the world and yet they get away with it!!!
