My ex is threatening to contact the CSA because I can’t have my child overnight
I have been paying the ex £84 through my account to the ex is account also the csa know this as they use to take the money out my account but i and the ex came to a agreement we will just sort it.
I see my child every 2 weeks and sometimes more, the ex has asked me if my child can stay overnight but as i live with a big famliy there is no room so the ex has said she wont send her anymore and will tell the csa. can the csa do anything more to me in a sense take me court? Can they take money?

the more you have your child the less child maintenance she can get so she needs to be careful. The child support can not do anything about about you not being able to have your child over night that will be have to fought through the courts.
I wrote in here because I’m at my wits end with these csa fukers and you’s haven’t published my message that I needed help with thanks a lot total fukin waste of my time writing it all out to get none help I don’t know how much more I can take of getting no where and coming to sites like this and getting totally no help its a joke
surely she could take your bed and you could stay on the sofa or something??
