My ex is on all sorts of benefits but he only pays £5 a week

What I cannot understand is that my ex is on all sorts of benefits – incapacity, DLA for depression, housing benefit etc Overall he has more than myself despite the fact I work. However, the law says that he is allowed to pay just £5 a week CSA to our two children. Despite having more money than myself, he refuses to give any more. I wish the law would change with regards to this.

  1. why is he an arse??
if he’s on disabled benefits and depressed etc why is that?? Does he see his kids regularly??
I was disabled on ‘all sorts of benefits’ and despite a household income of just 113 a week, 5 a week was taken off and given to the PWC!!
trust me 113 a week for 2 people (NRP was my carer) for all utility bills and food you need every bloody penny!!
the PWC had more money what with the working tax credit, child tax credit, child benefit and working the right amount of hours to gain the max tax credits!
