My ex husband earns 60k plus bonus – he should be supporting our children
I have been seperated fro my husband since the 28th of October 2012. I have asked him for support with our two children who live with me full time.
I have an 18 yr old who is in full time education and a 15 yr old also in full time education.
Please can you help with matter? He is in full time employment and earns a basic salary of £60,000.00 and also gets a payment of £550 pm for a car allowance + bonus .

Whats the big deal how much he earns or what allowance or car he has? Has the poor bloke not worked hard for that? Speak to him, ask him what he can afford instead of assuming you know all about what he earns, now I know why some men go into hiding, stories like this say it all
What sort of figure would you say is expected per month or week for support?
Not given much detail other than you have asked for support, Does he pay for your house? what other ways does he contribute?
Have you contacted CSA? be warned they are not worth it, ask him for a reasonable contribution he can afford.
