Why should he pay for a child he doesn’t see? Why should any father pay for any children they don’t see. unless it’s their choose not to see them. But if the mother is stopping the father having contact then they shouldn’t be entitled to jack

To be fair no access should mean no payments, if your not willingly giving access and just wanting his money then I don’t blame him, he isn’t a walking ATM for you to use as and when it suits maybe ask what he can afford then work it out as adults
