My ex gets all the help she wants, but i’m being driven to suicide

My csa story all was ok ish till i upset the ex and now im looking at arears £753 witch will be takern at £251 over the next three weeks and then £73 a week there after not bad for someone how brings home £380 a week i have 4 kids at home have to rent privatey at £750 a month.

Like most peoplpe on here i spent hours trying to tell the csa that their sums were wrong but was told it was right and there was nothing i can do. Im now looking at if i stay at work not being able to look after my family or give up work witch i do not want to do i feel as if i have been shit on from a great hight and my ex is laughing all the way to the bank and back i just do not no what i will do anymore.

Plus i forgot to say the three £251 payments that i have to pay if thay can not take the full amount they will take 40%, so i will go from taking home £380 to £228 for as long as it takes to pay of what the csa say i owe then its got that bad that i have thought about ending my life as that would make sure that my family would not have to go thought this again.

As i said at wits end does not seem to be no way out. I would like to say i have always paid for my child but it seems that the CSA and i seem to be on differnt planets when it comes down to the amount one child should cost; plus my ex works full time gets all the help she wants while i seem to be missed out.

  1. Follow the advice given by the good people on here. Weve all been put through hell by this corrupt agency. They really are the lowest of the low. Keep your head up and good luck with your battle.

  2. The main thing is don’t give up always just remember you are not alone, even when you feel you are, here there are so many people who know or who have felt like you. Take the good advice the above posts have given. DO what they say and then you can once again take control of your life. It will take hard work, diligence but will in the end succeed and give you back your selfworth, confidence and a life. Good luck and I wish you well xx…..PS I highly recommend Lisa Roberts

  3. hi my partner was having the same problem, the solicitors would not touch any csa case so i resorted to our local MP shona mcissac and she was fantastic i sent her a short email explaining the situation and she took it from there this was 5 years ago and touch wood havnt heard a word from csa, payments are exactly the same amount every month trust me it works .
