first thing? y do you want his money when your kid is 17? is your 17 year kid still a child ????
leave him go…
it just goes to show that people use the csa for money rather than help the child…
the only good thing you can do now is cancel csa and make friends with his dad and take it from there. i bet you that he will spend more time and money on your kid/s then…x
As soon as CSA knew he had gone to NZ they would have closed your case with him so their will be no arrears, you can reopen the case but it will only go from the date the CSA contact your ex, and with him being self employed I wouldn’t hold your breathe, you know where he lives why not contact him and ask him what he can afford to pay, can’t blame anybody for moving abroad to avoid CSA they do ruin lives
All u will do is scare him of I agree make friends with him first
Yes he is still liable CSa can trace him.
I am sure your son will appreciate ruining any potential relationship with his dad
After 17 years yes but do u need the money now as hes an adult ? The csa will cripple the father forcing him into unemployment and ull recieve nothing x
if he hasn’t provided for his child in 17 years, that tells you what kind of “person” he is. Don’t give him the time of day, leave the loser be and move on. People like him don’t deserve anything good in life.
another money grabber expecting an income from an ex. hope he stays well away from you if you only see him as a ATM machine.
gonk
Complete waste of fresh air. Even though my daughters dads pay they chose to walk away from my daughters. They only have me to thank. He isn’t worth it hun. My son sees his dad so happy that he sees his dad despite being a complete mess with the whole contact thing lol. Your child only has you to thank xx
