Im on the old CSA1 system myself. I understand the only way to move off it, is if the PWC closes the case for a certain time and then reopens the case. Perhaps someone else on here can advise further.
I don’t know if your aware but in December the CSA raised the child maintenance age to 20 years. They haven’t even had the decency to notify NRP’s. Still being a NRP and a PAYE worker, Im just a cash machine for them who they can walk all over.
    Good luck with your case.

I moved from old to new system and payments would be adjusted from £98 a week to £57 but this change would phase slowly over 6 years. Was also told that have been moved onto new system as PWC has had a new baby and applied again to CSA so both parties have to be on same system.

A case to move from CS1 to CS2 if either the original case is closed and a period of 13 weeks elapses before the PWC opens a new case, or a new case is opened by a new PWC, the CS1 case will then be migrated over to CS2.

You are very fast a spouting many rules and regulations its a pity only 98% of the imbeciles on the 0845 numbers don’t know them ,not trained correctly or just don’t want to follow them ,it’s only when you get your MP or a second phase complain involved its like a different ” JUNTA ” that at least use the correct proceeder !
