My CSA Hell in Tennessee

I am currently paying child support on four children to two different mothers.I ahve been fighting with the Tennessee child support division for over five years and the reason for this is they come up all the time with an astonaumical amount of arrears. In 2009 I had to file for chapter 13 bankruptcy and child support was deducted and paid through the plan.

The TN child support agency attempted to file a claim for arrears and this was denied by the court,well now my chapter 13 has been discharged and they are starting all over again and I cannot get these people to reasona nd even look at all receipts that I have since I began paying child support.

In fact the case worker assigned to me has even told me that every time I call about this propblem that she would personnally up my arrears anytime she wants and there isn’t anything I can do about it.

What are my options here every attorney I talk to appears to be afraid to take this agency on, is there any federal court that will hear my case as I am to understand that these aegncies must adhere to federal regulations and cannot make their own rules.
