My CSA case has been sorted

May 21, 2011

My case is sorted, well almost. My money has started coming through.

I agree with others that fathers seem hard done to but sometimes they dont help themselves. My ex partner was made redundant and telephoned the agency that same day to change his circumstances, what he failed to do was inform them that 2 weeks later he had a job. I telephoned the agency to say I believed he was working and gave them his mobile. It took 5 weeks for them to ring him and yes he was working. He forwarded 4 weeks payslips as requested and my money was worked out.

Why then when it proves by way of payslips he was working am I only entitled to money from the day they rang him? I have e-mailed Iian Duncan Smith for an explanation, i await my reply.

Good to hear a father is paying for his child/ren.
But is it the correct amount?
If he is paying too much why should you care?

yes the amount is correct but im not sure why you think he is paying too much? My point is that he only has to pay money from the day they found out he was working regardless of the fact that he produced payslips from the four weeks previous to work out the calculation but thoose weeks of employment dont count, a trick he has done before!!!!

After 11 years of c-ap from the CSA I would love to have my case sorted by taking it away from these incompetent oafs!

I have provided for my children, and I want to continue to provide for my children not just until 19 but until they can stand on their own feet. Unfortunately, I am stuck with a bitter and twisted, control freak, ex wife, who thinks that I am her ‘meal ticket’ for life!….don’t think so!

Providing support for your children has nothing to do with politicians, civil servants and executives, who are scamming us all for ‘gold plated’ pensions and bonuses.

The system is a catostrophic shambles!
