My case is closed, but still CSA take money from me!
Hi everyone.
I have been paying child support for the last 15 yrs or so and have been in and out of court to get acces to my daughter for around ten of those yrs but every time i get access she would just up and move and drop off the radar. Anyway i knew my case was coming to an end but i wasnt sure exactley when , so i checked with the child support a couple of weeks ago and was shocked to learn that my case was closed in sep 2009, but they re-assesed me five months ago to the tune of 320 pounds per month.
What the hell is going on in this compan? .Why was i re assesed, and why is it when ever you call them you get the woman who obviousley has 8 kids to 8 diffarent men and hates all men?
Trying to get money back is proving impossible.
THE CSA IS JUST ONE BIG JOKE, AND IF I DID MY JOB AS POORLY AS THEY DO I WOULD HAVE BEEN SACKED LONG AGO.

You would be doing all of us on here a great service by writing to the DWP, David Cameron and Nick Clegg, regarding your case.
Your dilemma highlights a lot of the wrong doing that is going on in the ‘shambles’ known as CSA/CMEC.

i just cant help but agree with the final sentence ' IF I DID MY JOB AS POORLY AS THEY DO I WOULD HAVE BEEN SACKED LONG AGO' ive said exactly the same thing when i was writing my notes on just one of the umpteen conversations/comunications i had to have with the csa. just stop paying n change ur bank account, if all else fails, ask ur boss to make you redundant, this worked for my ex husband . it only cost him £1024 in total over 16 yrs. dont ya just wish this is all it cost to raise a child? hope you manage to get closure

My case has been "closed" for 5 years but all of a sudden in March this year these delinquent imbeciles started STEALING 40% of my wages ??Once on these child abusers system there is never a way out !!!!!!!!
There is a way,get a job abroad, i think.
But if you ever come back they will claim the arrears !
Not if you are out of their jurisdiction and prove you informed them, they can go **** themselves! I'm planning on moving abroad anyway (not merely because of the csa, mind). Shaban, sounds great but they also have to ensure they are paid abroad as well!
