My 19-year-old-son is now working full time – should I still have to pay?

I have been informed by my 22 year old son that my 19 year old son is no longer attending collage and is now working full time for the employer who he had his apprentership with so I informed the CSA and thay did there checks but when thay phoned me back a few days later and told me I still have to pay because my ex is still claiming child benifit wot can I do to stop my payments ?

    Report child benefit fraud then! PWC is bound to keep collecting the money if you and the CSA allow her to!!!

    I reported my ex for benefit fraud and the CSA backdated in my favour. They wouldn’t do anything, you have to do the donkey work but, it paid off for me.
