Issue a court summons to them that’s the only way you will get this stopped and also you be able to claim the last 2yrs money back as they have committed theft and fraud
given that your daughter is 19 and you say that your ex is not receiving payments from the CSA it would sound like the money is being collected to pay arrears owed to the Secretary of State – in cases before 2006 the govt charged the NRP towards repaying some of the money paid out to PWC in benefits
The Csa can’t understand that a kid under 20 years of age is no entitled to maintenance money !!!!
Have you spoken to anyone at the csa??
If she is working you should not pay unless, like Alice the csa employee says, you are paying arrears..
Find this out sharpish as if you are paying and you shouldn’t be the chances of recouping your money from this incompetent and dishonest agency is very slim..
