MP refuses to help

This is the only phrase that you need to understand the issues we are seeing in the UK Today:

Refusal to do Ones Job.

CSA admit they overcharged me by £2,500 but they refuse to give a refund. My MP says that he can do nothing about it despite my writing to him for the last 5 years.

Refusal to do ones job is the problem that afflicts us all, How Much do our Parliamentry members get paid when they create Agencies full of incompetent people and then they can do nothing about the mess they created.

Think about it how often has this single phrase summed up your experience of the lack of service you get from your MP or other service ?
