Maybe you should prove every single penny you spend then!!

@OP…’PWC’ not ‘mothers’, not all mothers get custody although the majority do.
@Claire..hardly the same thing is it if he wants to ensure his cm gets spent on his children & not frivolously. As an NRP he will already be assessed to the nth degree.
Anyway, it would be unworkable & the CSA are basically a collection agency with zero care for the children involved, it’s all about hitting targets.

Totally agree Gareth Dempsey, I’ve been waiting months for my ex to pay maintenance as I’m the primary day to day carer !!!
I agree receiving parents should have receipts for it being spent on the children. However an amount has to be allowed for housing cost and food etc. children in foster care have to have the money they receive from social care accountable by receipts

Why shouldn’t I know where my money is being spent? Why should I find my ex wife’s lifestyle? I want my money put in an account with a debit card that can only be used for children’s clothes, food, paying gas and electric bills!

Really, have to bloody get any maintenance first. I’d quite happily send the NRP all the receipts for food shopping for my 2 daughters, dinner moneys, bus passes, text books, clothes, uniforms, pocket money for outings with friends, school trips, fuel to ferry them about. That would include a £325 A’level field trip, this month.

My partners payments he made to his ex were funding her boob job!!
stop yapping and pay for your kids!!
I would love to see proof of what our hard earned cash goes on, even if it was just a percentage. We don’t mind paying for the children, but I do object to keeping the mother.

@ Cathy lynch….fuck off!! You obviously missing this posters point and are not bled yourself by these vultures.
@ claire Williams…as Gareth said..hardly the same thing and a dumb arse comment from you.
Indeed…why the fuck shouldn’t a NRP know or have the right to know how and where or even if his/her money is being spent entirely on his/her kids as it should. The shite outfit called csa don’t give a flying fuck about the kids welfare. It’s a money collection service. It does not give a toss how the money is spend . It should be called MSA ( mother support agency)
And before you shoot your gobs off… My ex legally robs £300 a month from me for a daughter she took away from me because she decided she was bored with her dad and preferred another bloke bringing his daughter up. The bitch don’t spend £300 a month on my daughter…no way, the 1 time I did see her for an hour or so after 2 yrs, her clothes looked like they been brought from oxfam and she smelt as if she hadn’t washed in a few days, her hair was a mess….and it fucks me off when I read shit comments from the likes of you 2 who obviously supports this vile agency.
Gonk
@ Gareth
It would be workable but they can’t be bothered to make it so. They could very easily introduce a voucher system that ensures food and clothing and other essentials for the kids. That does NOT include boob jobs, extra nights out, cigs, nail jobs, new cars, and certainly paying their utility bills. The ex’s electric and gas would still have to be paid whether their are kids in the house or not, and don’t dare tell me, it cost more to cook a meal for…say…4 instead of 2, when it’s cooked in the same oven or heated in the same pot. Same as electric and heating, you will still have the heating on in that room even if there was no kid in there with you. So the utility bill bullshit holds no water as far as I’m concerned.
I wander how many pwc’s would use the CSA if it meant they received vouchers instead of easy cash.
