Missing payments from the Child Support Agency

I have had an ongoing battle for 12 years to get monies paid by my ex for our 3 boys, eldest now 23 with a son of his own. I was owed £14,000 in arrears, amaged to get £8,000 over a 2 year period by sporadic payments. Been through enforcement – different case workers too many to count – finally I get some heaad way – forze his accounts and managed to get me £2680. Guess what – a month later – I’m still waiting for it, the giro cheques are missing !! Have to wait for an investgation afetr completing another form, wait for answer before I can get MY MONEY.

Email – oh god no don’t do that, have to sit and wait for the most incompetent idiots ever to look into. I wouldnt have known I had the money unless I hadn’t been chasing them every month – never wrote or contacted me at all so this could quite easily have vanished into someone elses pocket – patience is a virtue – but this just takes them to another level.
