Maybe a PI would do better than the CSA
My ex owns two cafeterias in Central London, yet for CSA he works part time and from the opening of his second cafeteria on Shaftesbury Avenue his income suddenly decreased thus he, poor soul, can only afford to pay £90 per month (prior to the opening of his second business it was £120 per month).
CSA can not do much and are very rude on the phone. Needless to say that I was the person who provided them with this information in the first place and unless I provide more information on his income they can not help much.
I am considering hiring a private investigator to uncover all his assets (on google search his name brings him up as a business owner, although for CSA he is a part time hard working dad of 3) as the man is having a laugh, while the tax payers are paying for his son’s rent.

you get money i dont see what the problem is?? yes he might have two buisnesses but you need to remember not every penny that is took is profit and most of it has to go back into the buisness electric water rent if the building isnt owned council tax gas staff wages food supplys and the list goes on maybe you should stop pestering for more money or you might end up getting nothing plus im sure you get ctc an cb thats 80 pound a week each child plus you are getting 30 a week child support that is alot of money now if you cant provide for your children on the all the cb and ctc a week minus any other money you have coming in then you must live in another world plus he has to pay taxes which fund any sort of benefits you get as well as ctc an cb maybe you nees to have a serious think and be gratefull for what you get

Another evil ex trying her best to get more cash! Have you ever run your own business and the expense that goes with it? Your getting a sum every month while the tax payer pays you to be a lazy benefit bum! Get a grip and realise that because you just happened to give birth to a child that the whole world doesn’t owe you a few quid, get a friggin job and stop being a scrounger
She’s saying its dropped from 30 (120 month) to 20.25 week ( 90 month) – its supposed to be 10% of your income for one child means he’s earning 900 per month when he was earning 1200 – perhaps she feels that it’s reasonable to assume another business would generate more not less income.
There are too many ways to play the system FROM BOTH SIDES – it’s in desperate need of reform !

What surprises me is the fact that few know-it-all commentators here condemn the person who is looking for the justice but approve the person who is basically stealing by not declaring the true income. No wonder children in this country are among the poorest in the Europe.

Go educate yourself Rita it’s not law it was legislated. Is only law when people agree to it. People get angry and frustrated on here and it comes out through their replies and all because this system is is unfair and heavily biased in favour 9 times out of 10 towards the pwc. Far too many mothers use the system to get back at the father, or use it to top up their already fat over inflated benefits inc free house, free council tax and all the other benefits. You said yourself the tax payer pays your rent.how come?

Gonk, you sound like Lisa’s husband! Have any of you sad lot heard about housing benefit? By-the-by for your information the midwives work 150 hours over 4 weeks which makes 44 and other 33 hours on the alternating week. If your verbal abuse will continue you will be reported to the police, thus be careful what you write and do not expect that your computer screens will protect you.

some people cant handle other peoples opinions, so their last resort to threats like calling the police lol accusing you of verbal abuse directed at them. she cant answer the questions cause she don’t know how…why the hell are people like her entitled to housing benefit?? why aint I. why cant I get relieve on my mortgage, the council tax I pay, the income tax I pay, the NI I pay. No people like me get sod all help and on top of that im screwed by this agency to the tune of £300 each month for a daughter taken away from me by her mother because she decides im not wanted anymore after opening her legs for another bloke..makes me want to spit teeth when people this this stoop to PI level to get money.
