May as well speak to the man on the moon

As most of you will know you may as well as speak to the man on the moon in order to try and get any sensible answer in preference to speaking to the ‘gestapo’ (csa!!) I pay £374 to csa and the ex receives or so she says £340/month. As soon as she moved back to the former matrimonial home following divorce she moved in her partner who she was obviously seeing for some time prior to finalisation of the divorce. He runs a business (self employed) from what is effectively ‘her’ house.

Due to her current relationship, and that when I do see my children and having to obv pay to feed and clothe them, do any of you out there know of a way in which I can get my payments to csa reduced?

  1. Only when cases are transferred to CMS will NRPs and PWCs be charged for collection and distribution of child maintenance.
20% of maintenance for NRPs and 4% for PWCs.

If the payer ensures direct payment then there will be no additional charge apart from the original £20 application fee for the receiver.

The CSA have never charged. If the PWC doesn’t receive the full amount then there is another reason.

  2. Your ex’ s current relationship and what or how much he earns has nothing to do with what the CSA milk from you. That’s why it’s so unfair. Your ex could be living the life of luxury with a millionare and need absolutely nothing, and you could be on breadline or less…but the scum will still take all they can from you to give to an ex that clearly does not need it.
The 20% charge to Nrp is only applicable if the Nrp and pwc cannot agree to pay direct. Then both are charged for this privileged service..lol…but even here, the Nrp is screwed 20% per monthly payment and the pwc only 4% ….fucking fair…NOT.
But anyway, if it is seen that the Nrp has no history of non payment or arrears or avoidance of paying? Then he will be allowed to pay direct, the pwc will have no say in the matter….I am told anyway. She however will still be charged 4% for being obstructive or difficult.
And Charlotte , I dought the 4% deducted from your windfall each month won’t effect you too much? Not with all the fathers you claiming from lol…..nice little earner this ones on, and on top of all the other benefits she’s probably milking from us tax payers.
    Gonk
