Lost a fortune due to CSA incompetence
I put in a claim for child support when my son was 6 weeks old… he is now almost 20 and still there has been no progress …
I last spoke to them at the beginning of march and was once again fobbed off… he doesn’t claim benefits and he doesn’t pay tax yet they are nor prepared to take the matter further.
I have always worked and as a single mum im sure you can imagine the help this maintenance would give.
I have lost so much money due to the CSA’s incompetence and plead with you for your assistance.

You need to do this. Write to them and demand that they take your case and put in the hands of the ‘Departure from the CSA Department (only a government office would come up with that title), you must then go and take photos of his house, car and compare his Council Tax, how many bedrooms etc right down to mobile phone, where he goes on holiday etc and compare this with your earnings and your costs-I did this and they finally came up with a serious assesment, 6 weeks before my son started college. It stopped then because my son was able to claim something (can’t remember what) but my husband stopped paying-I’m going to sue tehm in the small claims for damages, lack of payments and interest.
