Let’s give them a taste of their own medicine

June 2, 2014

The csa demanded my whole years bank statements which i duly obtained and sent them recorded delivery, they rang me up to say they only recieved one sheet of paper, and that i was now out of time.

I said i have the recorded delivery of half a kilo, she said i was lying.so i resent the whole lot again with a copy of the recorded delivery.

I then found out about a website where you can record calls for free ,route your calls through this website to your own phone, and they record them in secure downloadable files you can easily access.

You get a new phone number to give the csa and it tells them (if you wish) they are being recorded for training and security,….good eh?

Give them a taste of their own medicine.

If your message states the call is being used for training and security it cannot be used for any other purpose….. Make sure you check the ofcom rules.

To comply with the rules, you need inform the CSA in writin,g, let the organisation know that you will be recording all calls and the purposes you will use those recordings for. It is then up to the organisation to inform individuals if they feel it is necessary. In my experience, they will not want to talk on the phone to you!!!

Obviously, send the letter recorded delivery!
